Meet Chef Kaye!
Chef Kaye has worked in industry kitchens such as bistros and restaurants for over 25 years.
She is an accredited trainer and accessor passionate about cooking and creating delicious recipes.
A proud Territorian and member of the Sticky Fingers family, Kaye loves helping others and is inspired to encourage those she teaches to free their inner chef!

If you are ready to learn the basics of cooking in your own home then we have the perfect class for you.
This at home cooking class is an opportunity for participants to learn and practice essential life skills such as sourcing products, planning and problem-solving, following directions, team building and time management.
We will practice reading and following recipes and safe kitchen techniques. We will learn about nutritious food and enjoy the produce while practising social skills and forming friendships in a small group environment.

The course may be fully claimable through the NDIS if you are a self-managed participant or through your Plan Manager depending on your cover and funding allocated. * Provided you have the funding. this course can be claimed under your NDIS plan.
Each course goes for the length of the school term and includes all food and cooking gear, take-home recipes, hands-on learning by a qualified chef, and lots of fun.
Each class will be three hours and include a to to three course menu.
Additional optional option to have a friend or family member join you and to cook extra portions.
