MEAL PREP CLUB
Exclusively for Chef at Home participants
The Meal Prep Club is a practical add-on designed especially for our Chef at Home participants who want to get more organised with their weekly meals.
This optional add-on helps you build real-life independence by preparing extra meals during your regular Chef at Home session — so you head into the week feeling calm, prepared, and in control.
You can use your NDIS Daily Living & Life Skills funding for your Chef at Home classes. The Meal Prep Club then extends your learning by focusing on planning ahead, safe food storage, and building confidence in the kitchen.
Meal Prep Club — what’s included: Each week during your Chef at Home session, you will cook double serves of the class recipe, then store the additional meals you prepared yourself, all the while practising planning, batch cooking, portioning, and safe storage skills that support everyday independence.
How it works:
- Exclusively available to enrolled Chef at Home participants
- Cost: $200 per term (10 weeks) for the Meal Prep Club add-on
- Paid privately, up front before term starts (not claimable via NDIS)
- You must supply your own clean containers each week
- Your weekly Chef at Home class fee (chef’s time and support) remains funded by NDIS under Daily Living & Life Skills
